THE BUILD
A CUSTOM SYSTEM BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
The Build is for businesses that need a larger system or workflow designed and built around how they operate.
We’ll start with what is happening in the business now, where the problems are, what information needs to be tracked, who needs access to what, and what you want the finished system to accomplish.
From there, I’ll map out the solution and build it.
Depending on the project, that may include your central database, CRM, client workflows, dashboards, automations, integrations, documentation, and the connections between them.

THE REFRESH
YOUR SYSTEM EXISTS. THEY JUST NEED WORK.
The Refresh is for businesses that already have a system in place but know it could be working much better.
Maybe the setup has become messy over time. Automations aren’t working properly. The business has changed since the system was originally built. Your team has created workarounds. Or there are parts of the system nobody really understands anymore.
I’ll go through what’s currently there, identify the problems, and make the agreed-upon improvements.
Depending on the system, that might include cleaning up the structure, fixing workflows, repairing automations, reorganizing information, improving usability, or rebuilding specific pieces that aren’t working anymore.

Most Refresh projects are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on scope.

The Refresh is intentionally smaller in scope than The Build. If I review what you need and it requires a larger rebuild, I’ll let you know before we begin.

ASSESS
First, I need to understand what you’re currently doing.
We’ll talk through your business, the people using the system, the tools you already have, what’s working, what’s frustrating you, and what you want the finished system to accomplish.
MAP IT OUT
Before I start building, I’ll determine how the information, workflows, platforms, and automations need to work together.
This is where we make sure we’re solving the actual problem instead of building something complicated that looks impressive but doesn’t make the work easier.
BUILD + TEST
I’ll build the agreed-upon system and test the workflows, automations, and connections as I go.
You’ll be involved when I need information, feedback, access, or decisions, but you won’t be responsible for managing the build yourself.

HANDOFF
Once everything is working, I’ll walk you through what was built and provide the documentation included in your project.
You’ll know how the system works, where things live, and what your team needs to know to use it.
/ A REAL BUILD /
One client came to me needing a better way to manage several parts of her business.
I built an Airtable operating system that became the central hub for her leads and sales, coaching and client operations, podcast, content, and other business information.
The system connected with tools she was already using, including Flodesk, Calendly, Dubsado, Google Workspace, Zapier, Slack, Zoom, and Vimeo.
Instead of treating each platform as a separate piece, the goal was to create one system where the important information could be organized and the different parts of the business could work together.
The initial system was built in approximately 30 days.
