ABOUT MURIEL
That has been a common thread throughout my career, whether I’m managing operations, leading a project, building a system, or figuring out how to automate a process that has been taking someone hours to do manually.
I’m originally from Côte d’Ivoire and moved to the United States when I was 15 without speaking English.
Within a year, I was fluent. I later put myself through college and earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication.
One of my earliest long-term clients was a serial entrepreneur managing multiple businesses and properties. I worked with him for three years, and eventually reached a point where he and his wife could leave the state for a year-long sabbatical while I continued supporting the businesses back home.
That experience taught me a lot about the kind of work I was good at. I learned how to step into a business that was already moving, understand how all the pieces worked together, keep track of what needed attention, solve problems, and work independently without needing someone to constantly tell me what to do next.
Today, I live on Hawaiʻi Island and work remotely with businesses and organizations from wherever they are.
I want the business to work better because I was there.
Every business is different, so I start by understanding your team, your processes, the tools you use, what’s already working, and what you’re trying to accomplish.

I live on Hawaiʻi Island with my family.
I’m a wife, a mom, and a Christian. My faith is important to me and shapes the way I try to work with people — doing good work, treating people well, keeping my word, and being someone they can trust.
Outside of client work, I genuinely enjoy systems, organized information, and figuring out why something isn’t working the way it should.
And yes, I am absolutely the person who gets excited when an automation works exactly the way it was supposed to.
